Dear all,
On 29.06.2025 I have asked for return ticket. Normally it was with Swiss Post, now it was with DPD and there is no info where and when the parcel will be returned to your warehouse.
I contacted on the form on your web site but it is impossible to get a normal reply from chat bot!
I have to pay the invoice and the amount of returned items is not deducted from the original one.At DPD website is written that parcel is delivered to you on 07.07.2025.The tack number is 060863****4238
I kindly ask you to send update to me and to Klarna
How long is the procedure to get confirmation and to get update?

- - Two Temu payments: 39.86 CHF and 25.63 CHF.
- - Bank confirms the first transaction went through.
- - Temu says bank failed; no complaint reference.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It was the Raifeissen bank who caused the issue but two advisors at the bank blamed on Temu and I believe them, now I closed the bank account and they were not happy.
The bank confirmed that the transaction has gone through,also a cash machine as well and later I removed some items and tried again, and I paid again 25.63CHF this time the order will be shipped.
I contacted all day customers service from Temu all very polite tried to get rid of me saying that my bank didn't work, and the transaction failed, I send them even proof with the both transactions even so they ignored me tried to quickly close the case. I asked repeatedly to open a complaint because they left me with no money on my account right before my daughter birthday I need to get her a cake, they didn't give me any reference number for the complaint again asking me to wait for them to investigate, I ask them to hurry and solve this issue before Wednesday.
I bought before from Temu for the past three months, and they were fine I had no issues until now, maybe that's how they deal at first they are great then start causing issues to get money from people unfairly.
Not nice. I am disappointed and not happy about the way they dealt with me.
I cannot believe this is such a bad time of this to happen.

I opened my parcel and saw just 4 pieces. I have sent a lots of emails, no response from Temu

I ordered 51 items on the 27.8.2024, and they should arrive in 15 days, yet I haven't received anything from DPD, and they don't have the parcel as well! The main problem is that I am going on holiday on the 14th of this month!
